TESLA offers modern living with a clear structure and a calm, focused atmosphere. The apartment is thoughtfully designed and well equipped for a comfortable professional stay.

It is particularly suitable for guests who work during the day and prefer a quiet, orderly place to relax in the evening. The modern design and peaceful surroundings support both short and longer business stays.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests.

Check-in and check-out are flexible by prior arrangement, and the apartments are well suited for longer stays.

We place special emphasis on sleep quality. High-quality beds with cotton bed linen and down duvets ensure restful sleep. We consciously avoid synthetic materials. Many guests find the sleep comfort more pleasant than in a traditional hotel.

All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi and TV.

The Zollhaus is located only about 3 minutes from the Swiss border, making it particularly suitable for couples, cross-border commuters, business travelers and holiday guests.

Free parking spaces are available directly at the property, as well as an EV charging station.

For a comfortable stay, we recommend arriving by car.

Although a bus stop is located directly in front of the house, bus services run only a few times per day.

By car, Waldshut-Tiengen, Jestetten, Schaffhausen and destinations in Switzerland can be reached quickly and easily.

The Zollhaus is located on a connecting road between Waldshut and Jestetten.

While easily accessible, the property is surrounded by a spacious and well-maintained outdoor area.

The grounds include a pond, bamboo, mature trees and a lawn area. Guests can use a barbecue area, a fire pit and a children’s play area.

Thanks to its location near the Swiss border and the High Rhine region, the Zollhaus is an excellent base for excursions, including the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, Zurich, Konstanz and the Black Forest.
