About Us
My name is Ari, and for many years I have been renting out several carefully designed apartments in the southern Black Forest region. What matters most to me is that our guests truly feel at home – whether they are travelling for leisure or staying in the area for work. I live nearby and am personally available whenever questions arise – straightforward, reliable and approachable.
Together with my team, we do not offer anonymous accommodations, but thoughtfully furnished living spaces with character – places where guests can settle in comfortably, whether for a few days or for several weeks.
Our apartments at the Zollhaus and in Aichen were created as a genuine alternative to traditional hotels: more space, more peace, more privacy – and above all, a true sense of home. Many of our guests stay for business reasons, others with family or friends. What they all share is an appreciation for quality, reliability and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
A special focus of ours is sleep comfort. We firmly believe that restful sleep is essential for an enjoyable stay. That is why we use high-quality beds, carefully selected mattresses and bedding made from natural materials. We deliberately avoid synthetic fabrics. Many guests tell us they sleep more peacefully and comfortably with us than in a typical hotel setting.
When it comes to interior design, we value quality, functionality and a calm, timeless style. Each apartment has its own character, while sharing the same philosophy: clear, high-quality and thoughtfully designed.
We take personal care of our properties and value a respectful, uncomplicated relationship with our guests. Our goal is not only to offer a comfortable place to stay – but a place where you can truly feel at home.
